Police allege that the four had created a scheme to jump two people they believed might be in possession of “a quantity of drugs.” The four then located the two individuals on Hall Street. Cory Porter and Patz allegedly exited the car, hid behind a bush, and confronted the individuals, according to police.

“During this incident, it is alleged that Cory Porter used a handgun to threaten one of the two victims,” O’Malley stated.

The three reportedly fled the scene in the car with Patz allegedly fleeing the scene on foot. She was later caught by police near the scene.

Angela Porter refused bail and was arraigned earlier today. Patz was held on $25,000 cash bail and will be arraigned later today. Hunter was released on $100,000 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 19.

According to O’Malley, Cory Porter has a number of active warrants for his arrest for robbery, criminal threatening, and conspiracy to commit robbery. He was arrested on March 15, on two fraudulent use of a credit card charges and a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge.

Cory Porter was described as being six feet tall with brown hair and blue eyes. He weighs about 180 lbs. O’Malley warned that if anyone sees Cory Porter, they should “use extreme caution as he is possibly armed.”
