Concord Police Make Numerous Drug Arrests this Week

Eight arrested on various charges.

During this past week the Concord Police Department executed the arrest warrants for eight individuals for the sale of drugs.

The warrants were issued by the department’s Drug Enforcement Unit following several investigations.

Arrested on June 23, 2014

Nicole Gregory, 20, of South State Street in Concord: Sale of Controlled Drugs (Heroin) x2 (RSA 318-B: 2 Felony); Theft (RSA 637:3 Misdemeanor). Gregory was arrested at her home and was initially held on $25,000 cash bail. She was arraigned on June 24, and ordered held on $1,500 cash bail. Gregory has been arrested a number of times, according to Patch reports.

Larry Cole, 32, of East Side Drive in Concord: Sale of Controlled Drugs (Heroin) x4 (RSA 318-B: 2 Felony). Cole was arrested at his home and initially held on $30,000 cash bail. He was arraigned on June 24, and ordered held on $4,000 cash bail.

Kyle Morrison, 20, of Elm Street in Penacook: Sale of Controlled Drugs (Heroin) x4 (RSA 318-B: 2 Felony). Morrison was arrested at his home and later refused bail. He was held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and arraigned the next day. At his arraignment on June 24, he was ordered held on $4,000 cash bail. Morrison has been arrested twice during the last few years, according to police reports.

Arrested on June 24, 2014

Christopher Head, 33, last known address, South Street in Concord: Sale of Controlled Drugs (Heroin) x1 (RSA 318-B: 2 Felony). Head was served with his arrest warrant at the NH State Prison where he is currently incarcerated. He was arraigned on June 25, and held on $7,500 cash bail. He is also being held on Parole Violation.

Cirsten McKim, 39, of Summer Street in Penacook: Sale of Controlled Drugs (Methamphetamine) x1 (RSA 318-B: 2 Felony). McKim was served with her arrest warrant at the Belknap County House of Corrections & Jail where she is currently being held on other charges. She refused bail and was arraigned on June 25, and ordered held on $2,500 cash bail.

Christopher Leavitt, 39, a homeless man now located in Concord: Sale of Controlled Drugs (Heroin) x4 (RSA 318-B: 2 Felony). Leavitt was arrested on warrants during a motor vehicle stop. During the arrest of Leavitt officers found several grams of Heroin in his possession. For this, he was charged with another count of the Possession of Controlled Drugs (RSA 318-B: 2 Felony). Leavitt refused bail and was held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and Jail. He was also ordered to be held on a Violation of Parole. On June 25, Leavitt refused video arraignment.

Arrested on June 26, 2014

All of the above individuals were arraigned and issued bail at the 6th Circuit - District Division – Concord (Concord District Court).
