The Concord Parks and Recreation Department wants you to know that staffers at the pools will be checking for resident IDs and non-resident pool passes so do bring some form of ID or utility bill, with proof of address, when you visit the city's pools. Residents are also being asked this year to sign-in and provide emergency contact information to pool staffers.
