Concord, Salem McDonald’s Managers Win 2026 Outstanding GM Award
Lisa Sarnie in Concord and Raul Abreu in Salem were recognized for leadership, team development, and community ties.

CONCORD, NH — Two McDonald’s general managers in Concord and Salem have received the 2026 Outstanding GM Award from local owner-operators Peter and Sal Napoli.
Raul Abreu, general manager of the Salem McDonald’s, and Lisa Sarnie, general manager of the Concord McDonald’s at 90 South Main St., were recognized for leadership with their teams, customers and communities.
In Salem, Abreu leads what was described as one of the organization’s longest-standing restaurants. His work there has centered on customer experience, inclusive leadership and team development. He was also credited with leading effectively in a bilingual community and creating an environment where employees and customers feel welcomed, respected and valued.

Abreu’s inclusive leadership style has helped build a strong culture of teamwork and mutual respect throughout the restaurant.
In Concord, Sarnie manages a high-volume, 24-hour McDonald’s on South Main Street, which often brings the community together. Last year, her community involvement included organizing a fundraiser to support the family of fallen Concord firefighter Christopher Girard.
