Concord SouperFest Event Raises $62,500
More than 600 guests attended and were assisted by 200 volunteers at fundraiser for the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness.

CONCORD, NH — The Concord Coalition to End Homelessness raised ladles full of money as part of its annual fundraising event recently. More than 35 soup chefs served 85 gallons of soup to 600 guests while 200 volunteers helped out, too. According to an email, 24 bakers offered breads another 35 prepared desserts.
“Professional and Amateur Artists created and donated ceramic Bowls and Bowl art for sale,” the org noted in a press release. “School kids also created beautiful bowl art, and in the process learned about homelessness. The fundraising is key to the survival of CCEH and the services we provide. BUT, the wonderful outpouring of energy and the participation of this amazing Greater Concord Community is what really makes SouperFest SOUPER.”
