According to a court affidavit, the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office began investigating allegations against Levesque earlier this year.

The allegations arose after a detective with the department and a member of the Merrimack County Advocacy Center interviewed a girl about a reported relationship between the girl and Levesque. After the first interview, “it was determined, at that time, she was of the age of consent and the matter was not pursued further,” according to the affidavit. However, during a second interview, the girl told the detective about an alleged encounter between Levesque, herself, and a 13-year-old boy.

“She said she wanted to re-address the situation again because she felt like she was being taken advantage of and did not want to have to deal with it going into the future,” the detective alleged.

The girl reported that in December 2013, in Levesque’s South State Street apartment, she engaged in sexual activities with Levesque and the boy, as Levesque allegedly instructed her to do.

On Sept. 4, 2015, the boy was interviewed and revealed that Levesque, one of his teachers at the Shaker Road School in Concord, allegedly engaged in sexual activity with him over a couple of years.

After the initial encounter described by the girl, the boy stated that sometime in January 2013, Levesque allegedly started communicating with him over Snapchat, a phone application where users can take pictures and short videos and share them but later, are deleted from the servers. The boy alleged that Levesque “began asking for pictures (of the boy) without clothes” and he sent them. Levesque allegedly also sent the boy sexual pictures, according to the affidavit.

Between November 2013 and June 2014, the boy alleged that he had multiple sexual encounters with Levesque, including a couple of times with the girl who was initially interviewed during the investigation. The boy alleged that the encounters took place at Levesque’s apartment, Levesque’s parent’s home, on the grounds of NHTI, and at an exit off I-93. He also stated that Levesque allegedly video recorded at least one of the encounters on his cellphone, according to the affidavit.

On Sept. 25, the detective filed the affidavit and a judge signed off on it on Sept. 28. Levesque was arrested the next day and held. The child pornography charges were issued a few days later, according to the arrest reports.

An official from the Shaker Road School, a private school on the east side of the city, reported to Concord NH Patch that Levesque was not employed at the school.
