Concord Teen in Trouble Again
After allegedly drunkenly yelling at cars, Kyle Warriner was arrested on a warrant.

The Concord Police arrested a local teen on a bench warrant after an incident at a North Main Street store.
Kyle Bruce Warriner, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on April 9, on a bench warrant.
According to an arrest report, officers were called to the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for a report of an intoxicated person, wearing a black hoodie with a scruffy face, who was allegedly yelling at cars. When they arrived, they spoke to Warriner and later realized he had a warrant from Sixth Circuit Court from March 29, for nonpayment of fine on a willful concealment charge, with $680 cash to settle.

Warriner was arrested and later, was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He had a court date on April 10.
Warriner has had a string of arrests during the last year.

In January, he was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from the Market Basket on Storrs Street. He alleged stole a bottle of Delsym cold medicine.
In July 2012, Warriner was arrested on a breach of bail charge at the Statehouse.
A willful concealment charge was lodged against Warriner at the Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in June 2012, relating to a stolen can of Steel Reserve beer.
Warriner was also allegedly involved in a criminal mischief incident where he allegedly wrote “RG3” on a tabletop at the Concord Public Library in May 2012.
