Concord Teen in Trouble with the Law Again

Faces theft, bail breach charges.

A teenage woman from Concord who has been arrested seven times during the last year was arrested again recently on more charges.

Kendra Chamberland, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on Oct. 19, on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and default or breach of bail conditions.

According to an arrest report from the Concord Police Department, the charges stem from an alleged incident at 9 p.m. on Oct. 4, on Union Street. Police allege that Chamberland stole $400 in cash. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman who was a friend of Chamberland’s.

Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000.

Chamberland is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

During the last 13 months, Chamberland has been charged with a number of crimes including theft, violation of a protection order, simple assault, and bench warrants.
