A local teen was arrested last week after being caught with three syringes. arrested Kirsten L. Porter, 19, of Concord, on April 27, on a possession of controlled drugs charge, a felony. Porter was arrested at 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of North Main Street and Loudon Road. Police allege that they confiscated three "heroin used syringes" from Porter at the time of her arrest. She was held on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
