Concord Varsity Wrestlers Continue Winning Ways Besting Lancers, 63-18
The Crimson Tide JV squad also wins against Londonderry, 14-8; JV wrestles in Keene while varsity heads to Lowell for a holiday tourney.
LONDONDERRY, NH — Both Crimson Tide varsity and junior varsity wrestling squads continued their winning efforts on the road Tuesday with successful matches in Londonderry.
Concord’s varsity squad beat the Lancers 63 to 18, while the junior varsity wrestlers won 14 of its 22 matches. The Crimson Tide varsity wrestling team is now 7-0.
The Tide varsity squad started the night with nine straight wins over the Lancers.

Wayne Guiterrez Sakakeeny in the 285-weight category beat Dakota Shaffer; Biswas Darji won against Nikki Stylianos in the 106; Dominick Hubbard beat Lucas DeLeon in the 113; Cullen Burke won over Dylan Nadeau in the 120; Griffin Norwalt bested Haley Doyle in the 126; in the 138 Irandkunda Mvuyekure beat Jaylynn Valentin in the 138; and Jaxon Carter won against Jonah Tillman in the 144; all by falls. Hunter Richard beat Caleb Holden in the 132-weight category, 9-4, while Maximus Chung, in the 150 bracket, won his match against Emanuel Perez due to an injury forfeit — with Perez clearly not wanting to concede after a leg injury.
Londonderry, however, then won three of the next five matches — Jonathan Millis in the 157 bested Jeydon Wilson by fall late in the third period, David Pento in the 175 beat Carl Sirrianna by fall, and Patrick O’Connor won against Isaiah Puckett by fall in the 190. In the 165, Anthony Gualiteri beat Lachlan Buttle by fall, and Devon Farwell, in the 215, bested Noah Pelletier by fall.

Junior Varsity Results
Several Lancers who wrestled in the varsity matches also competed against Concord junior varsity wrestlers in exhibition and JV matches.
Concord took 14 of the 22 matches.
Concord’s Damon Corbett beat Shaffer; Allen Martin beat Valentin; Jacob Breau of Concord beat Shaffer; Nicolas Roberts beat Valentin; Jeremy Richard beat Connor Anderson; Connor Hoaglund beat Fira Shaffer of Londonderry; Logan Jenista beat Anderson; Jacoby Cruz beat Jordan Couture; Joseph Gardiner beat Fira Shaffer; Colby Waszeciak beat Jake Huntley; all by falls. Levi Madison beat Brendan Egan, 6-3, while Riley Jenista beat Fira Shaffer, Madison Beauregard beat Couture, and Sawyer McCready beat Huntley, all by falls.
Londonderry’s Stylianos beat both Carter Buxton and Cameron Rheault by falls, while Jake Huntley beat Jakob Manseau of Concord, 14-12, in overtime. Millis beat Jeremy Richard by fall, Egan beat Ryley Holt by fall, Moused Rahmani beat Dominic Schinella, 15-6, Jake Huntley beat Manseau by fall, and Egan beat Owen Gregg, 4-3.

The Concord JV team heads to Keene for a dual meet on Thursday, while varsity wrestlers will compete in the two-day George Bossi Holiday Tournament at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell, Massachusetts, on Friday and Saturday.
