“(The) officer checked on the vehicle and identified the driver as Card,” Sgt. Mike Auger stated in a press release. “While speaking with Card, it appeared she was under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. Card was asked if she was willing to take standard field sobriety tests, which she agreed to, and was subsequently arrested.”

Card was transported to police headquarters and reportedly agreed to take a breath test. Auger alleged that she blew a reading of 0.17 BrAC test, more than twice the legal limit, and the charge was elevated to aggravated DWI. She was processed and released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Feb. 8.
