“Bean committed this pattern of sexual assault over a period of two months or more and within a period of five years,” the indictment alleged.
On Aug. 31, 2016, the indictment noted, she allegedly gave false information to a Concord Police detective that the boy had stolen her vehicle without her consent. In November 2015, she also reportedly harbored the boy after he failed to return to the Center, police alleged.
