Concord Wrestlers Beat Both Central, Memorial: New Hampshire Results

In bouts on Wednesday and Thursday, Bow, Salem, Nashua South, Portsmouth win; Souhegan and Winnisquam tie; Milford, Merrimack have matches.

CONCORD, NH — The Concord Crimson Tide varsity wrestling team extended its season to 15-1 by beating both Central and Memorial in Manchester on Thursday.

In its matchup with the Little Green of Central, Concord won, 82 to 0. Against the Crusaders, Concord won 65 to 18.

Junior varsity wrestlers from all three schools also competed in exhibition matches.

Bow had four forfeits while Jaron Todisco Coulon, Shane Rabalais, Brayden Brown, William Thomas, Owen Boullion, and Hunter Hutchinson all won their matches.

Spaulding also beat Alvirne on Thursday, 47 to 30.

On Wednesday, Salem beat Nashua North, 75 to 6.

Maddox Boudreau, Spencer Buscema, Evan Lynch, Caleb O’Rourke, Talen Walton, Cameron Monahan, Jonathan Belkus, Daniel Hughes, and Zander Wood all won their matches for the Blue Devils. Steve Rosario of Nashua won by a pin. Salem also won four forfeits.

Nashua South beat Exeter in a squeaker, 43 to 42.

Benjamin Byrne, Robert Perez, Connor Whitman, Toby Brackett, Robert Signor, and Marlon Gomez all won for Nashua while Samuel St. Onge, Anders Arbogast, Caleb Sturtevant, Cameron Ali, Hudson Berry, Ian Cottill, and Nicholas Darby all won for Exeter. The Eagles had four forfeits while the Panthers had one forfeit.

Bishop Guertin beat Merrimack, 56 to 16.

Brendan Curley and Grant Descheneaux all won for Merrimack. The Tomahawks also won a forfeit.

Portsmouth also beat Manchester West, 54 to 24.

Carter Kuhn, Joseph Lukacz, Logan Chasse, Ben Gotlieb, Elvis Myles, Noah Mitchel, Elijah Josey, Mason Foster, Khamis Elsaid, and Judah D’Antonio all won for Portsmouth while Jeremiah Ramnanan, Colin Taylor, Jhystoni Rivera, and Astor Sunsin all won for West.

Hollis-Brookline also beat Milford, 55 to 15.

Tyler Ireland, Nathanael Post, and Elijah Wales all won for the Spartans.

Plymouth Regional also beat Souhegan, 51 to 28.

Landon Carson, Logan Brown, Chase Knuckle, Christian Knuckles, and Gabriel Holt all won for the Sabers.

Souhegan and Winnisquam tied, 40 to 40.

Brown, Knuckle, Noah Denis, Darwin Brown-Waters, Holt, Seamus Wellen, and Alexander Gray all won for Souhegan.

Plymouth Regional also beat Winnisquam Regional, 48 to 28.

Raymond bested ConVal, 40 to 30 while Pelham beat Mascenic, 78 to 0.
