Convicted Child Sexual Assaulter Sought by Marshals

Terry Wayne Breeding is the New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week. He has a long criminal history. Have you seen him?

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is currently looking for a former Nashua and Manchester resident who is wanted by police for failure to register as a sex offender. Terry Wayne Breeding is white, 55, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs 180 lbs. He has blue eyes, brown hair, and light skin tone.

Breeding also has tattoos on his shoulders and arms, according to an alert.

“Breeding is being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for a sex offender registration violation, duty to report,” according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. “Breeding is required to register as a sex offender for life, due to multiple convictions in 2002, for aggravated felonious sexual assault and sexual assault on a child under 16.”

Breeding has a long criminal history including a theft conviction in 1986, as well as simple assault, bad checks, numerous violation of a protective order charges, and possession of a weapon while committing a violent crime convictions in the mid-to-late-1990s. Along with the felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, he was also convicted in May 2002 of attempted felonious sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent. In May 2012, Breeding was also convicted of a duty to report charge.

According to White, Breeding has ties to Nashua, Laconia, and Lancaster, but could be anywhere in the state or region. He previously lived on Chestnut Street in Nashua, according to homefacts.com, and also lived on Lowell street in Manchester. Marshals are asking anyone who may know Breeding or know where he is to contact the USMS District Office at 603-225-1632 or 1-877-WANTED-2.
