Convicted Felon with a Firearm Now in Custody

Shawn Goodine turned himself in to U.S. Marshals a day before publication of this week's Fugitive of the Week notice.

The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has announced that this week’s Fugitive of the Week, scheduled to be posted tomorrow, is now in custody.

Shawn Goodine, 38, surrendered to marshals in Concord on Aug. 4, 2015. He was wanted for violation of conditions of his supervised release after being convicted and sentenced for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Goodine previously lived in the Nashua and Hudson area, according to marshals, but was presumed to be anywhere in New Hampshire. 

In June 2014, he was arrested in Nashua and charged with disobeying an officer, carrying a loaded handgun without a license, reckless operation, according to a post on Nashua NH Patch. In July 2010, he was arrested for violation of restraining order, stalking-domestic violence, resisting arrest in Nashua, according to the Lowell Sun.

Goodine was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon.
