Convicted Franklin Sex Offender Charged with Indecent Exposure in Bow
A Bow Police officer allegedly spotted Daniel Rabbit Sr. naked, pleasuring himself inside a vehicle on River Road last night.

BOW, NH — A convicted New Hampshire sex offender was arrested last night for indecent exposure and gross lewdness, on River Road in Bow, according to police. Daniel W. Rabbit Sr., 60, of Franklin, was arrested on Feb. 24, 2017, on a single charge.

According to Sgt. Art Merrigan of the Bow Police Department, at around 11:30 p.m. last night, an officer on patrol saw a vehicle stopped on River Road in front of a local business that was closed at the time.

“When the officer pulled up behind the vehicle, he observed a male party, who appeared shirtless, suddenly moving quickly about the front seat area,” Merrigan stated. “The officer made contact with the male party who was naked and questioned him about what he was doing. He responded he was pleasuring himself. Subsequently he was arrest for indecent exposure.”
Rabbit is due in Concord District Court on March 27.

According to online reports, Rabbit was convicted of three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault in 1993 against a child under 13. In June 2009, he was convicted of driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, according to the state of New Hampshire.
