Convicted NH Robber, Alleged Rapist On The Loose: Marshals

Steven Bussiere was convicted of robbery last year and is wanted for aggravated felonious sexual assault in Goffstown. Have you seen him?

CONCORD, NH — A convicted robber who was out on parole is wanted by U.S. Marshals for an alleged aggravated felonious sexual assault incident in Goffstown recently, according to a press statement. This week’s District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is Steven Allen Bussiere, 25. Bussiere is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 185 lbs.

He has blue eyes and brown hair as well as a number of tattoos on his right hand, arm, upper arm, and knuckles, as well his chest. Warrants for Bussiere’s arrest were issued late last month and early this month by both the Goffstown Police and the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, for allegedly violating the terms of his parole.

Deputy Jeffrey White noted in the press statement that Bussiere was known to live in Manchester, where he has friends, family, and associates, but his current whereabouts are unknown. When Bussiere was convicted of robbery in Keene, according to the Keene Sentinel, he had listed the state prison in Concord as his current address. Back in May 2015, according to ManchesterInkLink.com, Bussiere was arrested in a Manchester little league field for possession of a controlled, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of a dangerous weapon – brass knuckles – all felonies as well as resisting arrest or detention. He had known address at the time, according to the report. Bussiere was also charged with violation of bail conditions related to a September 2014 court order.
