When they arrived, they spoke with a young woman who asked rescue workers to assist with her “drunk” friend. The friends, she said, had booked a hotel room together. The woman reportedly claimed that everyone was 21.
When the officer arrived at the room, he reported “several minors” including one that was passed out on the floor “puking and unresponsive” near a wine glass. She was not, however, combative, the officer noted.
The woman, Huang-Clow, was questioned by the officer but reportedly wouldn’t answer any questions and was “incoherent.” The officer questioned others in the room and they alleged that Huang-Clow was drinking vodka and “kept asking for more and more vodka.” They became worried about her reported consumption and later, more concerned, after she was in the bathroom and unresponsive.
EMTs then arrived and transported Huang-Clow to Concord Hospital.

Other officers and a lieutenant arrived and spoke with (removed), Hedrick, and two other teens.
(removed) and Hedrick both allegedly displayed signs of alcohol impairment including glassy, bloodshot eyes. The two other teens denied drinking and didn’t show any signs of impairment, according to the report. The officer noted that there was an ottoman pushed against a refrigerator door. When the officer moved the ottoman and opened the refrigerator door, he observed an empty bottle of Fireball whiskey, a nearly empty bottle of Bacardi rum, and a mostly full bottle of Svedka vodka.
(removed) later allegedly admitted that the alcohol was his and he was the one who brought it to the hotel room for everyone. When asked if there was more alcohol, he allegedly retrieved a partially full bottle of Scottish whiskey from a closet. (removed) and Hedrick were later released to the sober teens.
After issuing the summonses to (removed) and Hedrick, the officer went to the hospital to check on Huang-Clow, who was reportedly vomiting at the hospital, too. The officer reportedly made “multiple attempts” to wake Huang-Clow and speak with her but ended up having a “very limited conversation” with her due to her alleged inebriation. The sober teens also reportedly later took custody of Huang-Clow after she was released from the hospital.
All three, who are from the Class of 2014 at St. Paul’s School and were in the capital city for the school’s anniversay and graduation weekend, are due in court on July 6.
