According to Chief Dwayne Gilman, police were called to reports of “several houses” being burglarized in the middle of the day in July. A Concord Regional Crimeline alert was issued in the middle of last month attempting to find out who was breaking into the homes. The investigation led police to local pawn shops for property that had been pawned by the alleged burglar and with the cooperation of multiple agencies, they were able to arrest O’Neill.
O’Neill was held on $5,000 cash bail and arraigned on July 30, in Concord District Court.
