CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding a felon with an extensive criminal history who has been on the lam for around 18 months.

Stephen Roth is 59, white, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighs around 146 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Roth also has a skeleton tattoo on his right shoulder and a Viking and barbed wire on his left shoulder.

The Rockingham County Superior Court issued a warrant for his arrest on June 20, 2022, on probation violations and for absconding from supervision after he failed to report to probation after being released on bail on a previous probation violation, investigators said. The case was connected to a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation conviction.
