Cow on the Loose

Concord, NH resident Barney Smith recorded this video of a cow on the loose on the streets of Concord, NH.

Barney Smith described the incident: “On my evening walk, we saw a cow roaming the streets during evening commute hour (6:18 pm) on the corner of Fisherville Road and North State Street. (Route 3) Disrupted north and south bound traffic for a good 10 minutes on Route 3.”
