CraftAlive! An Epic Event to Benefit the League of NH Craftsmen
Event held on Sunday, Oct. 19, at the Grappone Conference Center.

If you love the arts, plan to attend CraftAlive!, a fun, epic benefit for the League of NH Craftsmen. During this event, creative inspiration comes alive in craft theaters that showcase the talent and technique of master craftspeople. Attendees can mingle with these and other juried League craftspeople, while enjoying seasonal light fare, luscious desserts, craft beer and wine, jazz music, a silent auction of fine craft items and gift baskets, and an opportunity to win a glass sculpture by a world-renowned artist Toland Sand. It all happens on Sunday, Oct. 19, 5 to 8:30 p.m., at the Grappone Conference Center, 70 Constitution Avenue, in Concord. Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased online at craftalivenh.com, at the League headquarters on 49 South Main St., Suite 100 in Concord, or by calling 603-224-3375.
The Craft Theaters showcase the creativity of bladesmith Zack Jonas, felter Annie Frye, whimsical folk art woodworker Art Anderson, metal clay jeweler Michaela Verani, bird carver David Cieliczka, and enchanted miniature cottage maker Patricia Woodbridge. The silent auction features handcrafted jewelry, pottery, art-to-wear, sculpture, and more made by juried members of the League.
There is a special raffle of two exquisite glass sculptures made by world-renowned glass artist Toland Sand (one is shown right); each retails for $4,500 each. The cost to purchase a raffle ticket is $20 each or 3 for $50, and raffle ticket holders don’t have to be present to win.
