The fire commander said they had at least three patients needing assistance and requested a second ambulance. Police navigated traffic around the crash scene. Firefighters were re-toned to the scene due to fuel leaked onto the road, according to scanner chatter.

Firefighters and police cleaned up the scene, and tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles.
