CRIME LOG: Allenstown Woman Charged in Liquor Theft
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Timothy Michael Leduc, 28, of Northwood, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2013, on a felony uttering false/forged prescription charge allegedly from Walgreens on Loudon Road on Aug. 15, 2013, involving 30 Vicodin pills. Leduc was being held on other charges when he was charged. He was arraigned on Dec. 5, 2013.
Taylor James Foster, 19, of Goffstown, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2013, on a bench warrant. While on Bouton Street an officer saw a 2011 Nissan in the center right lane travel through the intersection onto North Main Street. The car was stopped at the Hess station on North Main Street. Dispatch ran Taylor’s name through the system and found a warrant from Goffstown District Court from Oct. 31, 2013, for failure to appear for arraignment, with $500 cash to settle. Foster was arrested and paid the bail. He had a court date in Goffstown on Dec. 30, 2013.
Arianna Phillips, 23, of Tilton, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2013, on a bail jumping charge. An officer was sent to the Sleep Inn off Exit 5 on I-93S to pick up Phillips from the Salem Police Department. She was taken into custody and released on $1,000 cash bail. She had a court date on Jan. 6.

Haleen Derosia, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2013, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and default or breach of bail conditions. An officer was called to an accident at South and Fayette streets. Derosia, during interaction with the officer, reportedly admitted to rear-ending the car in front of her after it stopped. She also allegedly admitted to having a suspended license and was arrested. The officer reported that Derosia’s license was suspended on Jan. 24, 2013, after a reckless operation conviction in December 2012. Since Derosia was arrested on Nov. 17, 2013, on a simple assault charge so a breach of bail charge was added to her arrest. She had a court date on Jan. 6.
Eugene W. Smith, 57, of Concord, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2013, on a duty to report charge from Nov. 22, 2013, sex offender registration. Smith, who lives in Maple Street, turned himself in to the police and had a court date on Jan. 6.

Andrew Bailey Herman, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2013, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs charges. An officer parked on Franklin Street saw a 1994 Volvo pull a U-Turn on North Main Street, where one isn’t allowed, nearly causing a collision, according to the report. The Volvo then pulled into a gas station circled around the gas pumps and exited back onto North Main Street, all while not stopping. On Bouton Street, the officer stopped the Volvo. When the driver rolled down the window, “I could immediately smell a distinct odor of marijuana coming from within the vehicle,” the officer alleged. The driver, Herman, allegedly told the officer he thought he could pull into a gas station to turn around and said he “misjudged the timing” of the U-turn that nearly caused the accident. When asked about the marijuana smell, Herman allegedly said he didn’t know what the officer was talking about but noted that he was just at a party where there was smoking going on. “I advised Herman that the smell was too potent and I knew he was lying to me,” the officer stated. Herman later allegedly admitted to having marijuana in the car, according to the report, and he was arrested. Herman was also summoned for avoiding a traffic control device and had a court date on Jan. 6.
Krickett Nicole Melvin, 23, of Allenstown, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2013, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, a felony, due to two previous convictions. The charge stems from an alleged incident on July 11, at the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street involving a 375 ml bottle of Circo vodka, valued at $12. Melvin had a court date on Jan. 6.
Nicolas P. Sorenty, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Dec. 8, 2013, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs charges. An officer on South Main Street noticed a 1997 Honda Civic with one operational headlight and pulled the car over at the McDonald’s Restaurant. The officer wrote that while reaching for a license in the driver side door, the officer shined a light into the vehicle and noticed a glass pipe on the floor. Sorenty allegedly denied having a pipe in the car but later, reportedly admitted that there were two in the car. Both had burnt residue on them, the officer alleged. Sorenty was arrested and arraigned on Jan. 6. He was also issued a summons for headlight violation.
Nicholas R. Favata, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2013, on a felony possession of controlled drugs. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Vinnie’s Pizzaria on South Main Street involving a bag of heroin, a spoon, used syringe, and a digital scale from Aug. 1, 2013. Hooksett Police arrested Favata and transported him to Concord. He’s due in court on Jan. 13.
Dawn Lacroix, 38, of Concord, received a summons at 1:46 a.m. on Dec. 10, 2013, on a disorderly conduct charge. Officers were called to an apartment on North State Street at 12:18 a.m. for people reportedly pounding on floors. Officers spoke to Lacroix who reportedly told them that the noise was from putting her tree up and she was done for the night. At around 1:30 a.m., officers returned for more noise complaints. The officer investigated the situation and overheard a man and woman speaking, stomping on the floor, and what sounded like a basketball being dribbled. Lacroix was questioned by officers and later, allegedly stated she dropped a large storage tub by accident. Another man in the apartment was allegedly dribbling a basketball. Lacroix received a summons and is due in court on Jan. 13.
