Officers were sent to the Vegas Block Apartments on North Main Street for a domestic, according to a court affidavit. The officers spoke to Bergstrom who allegedly stated that he was angry at his ex-wife after she refused to turn the music down in the apartment and later, “tagged” her in the chest. He reportedly stated the push occurred when he was trying to get by her to go to the bathroom. The woman stated that the two were divorced after being married for about six months. She said that when she tried to get out of bed, Bergstrom allegedly put his hand around her neck and pushed her back onto the bed. The officer reported that both were impaired by alcohol but saw a red mark on her neck and Bergstrom was arrested and held without bail. Two days later, he was arrested on two breach of bail charges after police were again called to the apartment after Bergstrom allegedly was knocking on the woman’s apartment door even though he wasn’t supposed to have contact with her. The officer asked what he was doing and Bergstrom reportedly stated he was trying to speak with her about their eviction notice. He allegedly seemed “highly intoxicated.” When told he wasn’t supposed to have contact with his ex-wife, he allegedly stated, “F--- the bail conditions,” and was arrested. He was held without bail.

At one point, she alleged, Wyman “pushed her head against the window” and she threw water on him. Wyman then allegedly threw an ice coffee on her and tried to push her again while biting her left hand. The officer saw the fresh cut on her finger. She punched him a few times and he finally got out and she drove off. The woman went to Downing Street to pick up a friend and then left. While stopped in traffic, Wyman reportedly approached the car about getting his bag and said he would turn himself in.
