CRIME LOG: Manchester Man Arrested on Felony Drug Sale Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Editor’s Note: Due to more extensive narratives in the Concord Police arrest reports, it’s taking a little be longer to transcribe entries and that is why the report dates vary so widely.

  • Jeremy L. McClure, 36, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on March 6, on three felony sale of controlled drugs charges from Feb. 13, at the Sears on Loudon Road, Feb. 20, from the Payless Shoes on Storrs Street, and Feb. 28, at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road. The charges reportedly involved 120 doses of Oxycodone valued at $3,360. As evidence, there were audio recordings of the deals, according to the reports. An officer was sent to Manchester to take custody of McClure. He waived bail and was arraigned remotely.
  • Nickolas A. Boyce, 28, of Thornton, was arrested at 7:52 p.m. on March 7, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, a felony, based on two previous misdemeanors, from the Sears on Loudon Road on Sept. 6, 2012. Police allege that he stole a Husquarana chainsaw valued at $489. He was arraigned on March 8.
  • Christopher J. Bauman, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on March 10, a bench warrant and false report on . The bench warrant was from Concord District Court on March 5, on a criminal trespassing charge. Bauman had a court date on April 8.
  • Matthew M. Triggs, 23, of Danbury, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on March 12, and charged with driving while intoxicated and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. Officers were called to North Main Street, outside of The Barley House, for a motor vehicle stop. Triggs was pulled over in a 2013 Toyota Corolla. The officers spoke to Triggs and later, requested he perform a field sobriety test. Triggs was allegedly giggling and laughing during the test, according to an arrest report. He was later placed under arrest. However, when officers tried to cuff him, Triggs reportedly tensed his arms and attempted to keep from being cuffed. The officers told him to relax but he allegedly began to argue, and later, allegedly pushed his body against the officers. “He kept thrashing his body,” the officer alleged. The officers finally got Triggs to the ground in an effort to restrain him and he was arrested. Triggs reportedly had minor scrapes on his forehead, lips, and a knee, due to the resisting of the arrest, and was treated by EMTs. In the back of the cruiser, Triggs allegedly kept banging the seats in the back of the cruiser with his knees, the officer alleged. Triggs refused bail and was arraigned on March 12.
  • Paul John Bonin, 49, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on March 23, on a bench warrant. An officer was called to the Burlington Coat Factory on Storrs Street for a report of an intoxicated man sitting in front of the store, not moving. The officer approached the man and alleged that he was slurring his speech. The man, later identified as Bonin, couldn’t get up on his own, according to the report. The officer later found out that Bonin had a failure to appear in court warrant on an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge, with $500 cash to settle. He was arrested and taken into custody. Later, during a PBT, Bonin reportedly blew a 0.288. He refused bail services and was arraigned on March 25.
  • Ashley Rory Brochu, 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on April 1, on a prostitution and related offenses after an alleged incident on Cheryl Drive. An officer was sent to Manchester to pick up Brochu who was arrested on the warrant. She was booked and processed without any problems and later, released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Brochu had a court date on May 6.
  • Christopher J. Doherty, 35, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:55 a.m. on April 2, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. Doherty was in protective custody at Concord Hospital when police were sent there to issue a default bail charge. His March 20 bail, on a disorderly conduct charge, reportedly required him to refrain from using alcohol. Doherty refused bail and was arraigned on April 2.
  • George Horigan, 19, of Concord, received a summons at 1:54 a.m. on April 23, on a conduct prohibited in parks, a city ordinance violation.
  • Marissa Chase, 19, of Deerfield, received a summons at 1:54 a.m. on April 23, on a conduct prohibited in parks, a city ordinance violation. Police were sent to White Park to inspect a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt that had been parked in the lot for several hours. The vehicle was registered to Chase; police allege that Chase and Horigan were sleeping in the car while parked in the lot. City parks close at 11 p.m. and reopen at 5 a.m., the report noted. Horigan and Chase also allegedly had suspended licenses, according to the report. They received summons and are due in court on June 3.
  • Hillary E. Higman, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on April 24, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). While in the parking lot of Lun Hing on Fisherville Road, an officer ran a check on a vehicle which turned up that the driver had a suspended license. The officer pulled the vehicle over at Fisherville Road and Rex Drive. The officer asked Higman if she had a license and she allegedly stated, “No,” and later stated that she was given a summons for speeding and forgot to pay the ticket. She was later arrested. According to the motor vehicle information, Higman’s driving rights were suspended on April 9, for default of a court summons. She was later released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on June 3.
  • Matthew S. Brazel, 31, a homeless person now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on April 26, on an arrest warrant. An officer was called to Loudon Road near the Morning Star Apartments for a report that Brazel was walking in the area. The officer knew that he had a warrant for his arrest. He located him at Loudon Road. At first, Brazel allegedly said his name was Eric but later admitted it was Matthew. He was wanted by Chichester Police. Brazel was arrested and Chichester later came to pick him up.
  • Wendall Dewayne Moore Jr., 31, of Franklin, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on April 28, on a stalking charge. An officer was called to Manchester Street for a report of a past tense burglary. The officer reported that the woman in the apartment was physically shaking. According to the woman, she and Moore broke up earlier in the week and she requested that he not contact or visit her. Moore allegedly “constantly” had been texting her. The woman reportedly told the officer that she responded to the texts but also allegedly asked Moore to stop. Earlier that evening, she went out with friends in Manchester. While at the nightclub Drynk, Moore allegedly approached her. The two talked for a bit and then the woman reportedly asked Moore to leave but he allegedly refused. A bouncer reportedly escorted Moore out of the bar. The texting, however, allegedly continued. Later, after she returned home, she reported finding an open bottle of Tylenol, with several pills spilled onto a counter and she became nervous. Another text came into the woman’s phone and she called police. The officer reportedly called Moore and requested that he come to the police station to talk about the situation and he later did. After some discussion, Moore was arrested and charged. Moore called the charge “ridiculous” and was later released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on June 3.
