The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jonathan Patch, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 9 p.m. on March 23, on two criminal mischief (vandalism) charges, an unlawful possession of alcohol, and a default or breach of bail conditions charge An officer was called to Alton Woods Drive for a report of a juvenile issue. Upon arrival, the man alleged that his son, Patch, had come home intoxicated and was in possession of several bottles of beer. Patch had already left the residence on foot before the police arrived, according to the officer. According to the father, the two moved into the apartment because Patch was not allowed to be near his mother due to the bail conditions from a previous arrest. His son was having difficulty adjusting and being defiant, the father alleged. Patch allegedly had been out earlier in the evening and came home with two bottles of beer. When confronted, Patch allegedly threw the bottles on the floor where they smashed. Later, Patch reportedly opened a window and left the apartment while breaking a window screen in the process, the man stated. While outside, he allegedly broke a plastic chair on the back porch. As the officer was taking pictures of the scene, a man matching Patch’s description approached the area. As soon as he saw the officer, he backed into a corner, the officer alleged. The officer approached him and asked him to explain what happened and he was later arrested. While under arrest, the officer alleged that Patch became increasing rude to his father. Patch was unable to come up with bail money and was arraigned remotely on March 24.
