According to police, a Lowes commercial credit card was lost in the parking lot of the Gilford store location on July 14. The purchases included an oscillator, a multi-use tool, tape, oil rubber, paint, and other items.

“Police made contact with Lowes in Concord in an attempt to identify the suspect,” according to Lt. Timothy O’Malley, the commander of the criminal investigations unit for the Concord Police Department. “Upon reviewing video, police observed that the suspect appeared to be a heavy-set white male wearing a camouflaged-colored baseball hat, and a red hoodie with 'AEROPOSTALE' written vertically on the left side of the hoodie. The suspect was seen wearing blue jeans and dark colored work boots.”

The suspect, O’Malley noted, attempted to conceal his face, wearing his hat low. After purchasing the items in the self-service checkout, he ran out of the store pushing the cart, according to the report.
