CONCORD, NH — The Concord Regional Crimeline is looking for tips about a possible skimming or data breach case from last month, according to an alert. On Aug. 2, 2016, an officer took a fraud report from a woman who was notified by her bank that her debit card had been used at Walmart on Loudon Road on July 29.

“The victim reported that she had not been to Walmart in Concord on that date,” according to a report from Lt. Timothy O’Malley, the commander of the criminal investigations unit in Concord. “She also reported that she had her bank debit card in her possession, as it had not been lost or stolen.”

During the investigation, police found out that someone charged more than $300 to the victim’s debit card and used the money to purchase Green Dot cards.
