Durand is 6-feet tall, weighs around 180 lbs., and has brown eyes and black hair with medium skin tone. He has a tattoo on his right arm. The warrant was issued out of Hillsborough County on June 26, 2015.

According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, Durand was arrested in October 2014, for allegedly “attempting to strangle his wife by wedging his left knee under her chin, against her throat, causing her to have difficulty breathing.”

In a press statement, Jamie Berry, a deputy U.S. Marshal, stated, “Durand was last known to be living in Manchester but also has significant ties to family friends and associates in the Nashua area.” He should be considered “armed and dangerous,” according to Berry.
