Man Arrested on Numerous Drug Charges
Car spotted running on South Main in the early a.m.

A Deerfield man was arrested recently after being spotted in the early morning hours outside the Goodyear Auto Service Center on South Main Street.
According to an affidavit report, , 28, of Deerfield, was reportedly seen sitting in a white 2008 Suzuki with its engine running and lights on, at around 2:30 a.m. on Feb. 2.
An officer approached the vehicle and reportedly saw Hall asleep and slumped over the steering wheel of the car. After the officer approached the vehicle, Hall reportedly woke up and “appeared startled and panicked,” according to the report. The report stated that Hall began “reaching around the interior of the vehicle with no clear meaning.” According to the affidavit, Hall reportedly told the officer that the last thing he remembered was dropping off his girlfriend at McDonald’s Restaurant around 11 p.m.

As other officers arrived, Hall was asked for his driver’s license and he reported that he did not have one and allegedly mumbled that he was an “H.O.” and he was going to jail.
While speaking with Hall, officers said they noticed an unmarked orange pill bottle containing several pills. When asked if the pills were his, Hall allegedly said “something to the effect of, no not all of them,” according to police.

An officer seized the pill bottle as evidence and identified them online and physically as Diazepam, Suboxone, Adderol, and Clonazepam.
After a field sobriety test, Hall was determined to not be impaired and was placed under arrest and charged with Habitual Offender, Felony B, and Driving Without Giving Proof. He was also charged with six counts of Possession of Controlled Drugs. Later in the evening, Concord dispatch revealed that Hall’s license had been revoked in August 2010.
After Hall was handcuffed, the vehicle was searched and an officer allegedly located two small chunks of unidentified substances that were reportedly loose in Hall’s left front pants pocket. In his left rear pocket, police allege that they found a folded up dollar bill containing an unidentified white substance. In the right front pants pocket, police allege that they found a blue container with half a round white pill thought to be Suboxone.
The substances were forwarded to the state lab for additional testing and identification, according to the affidavit.
