Deliberative Session for Salem Schools Set for Feb. 5

All registered Salem voters are invited to attend; call the Office of the Superintendent if you have questions.

Michael Delahanty, Salem Superintendent of Schools, announced that the Salem School Board has set the Salem School District Deliberative Session for 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5,, in the Seifert Auditorium at Salem High School.

All registered Salem voters are invited to attend this first annual meeting.

The School Board is proposing an operating budget for the 2015-16 school year. In addition, attendees will hear about the proposed contract agreement with the Salem Educational Support Personnel Association (SESPA). Finally, the Board requests the community’s endorsement for establishing a contingency fund. Information about these articles will be provided at the meeting.
