Driver Injured After SUV Crashes Into A Tree In Concord’s West End

Video: EMTs transported a woman to Concord Hospital after a crash at Fisk Road and Little Pond Road on Tuesday afternoon.

CONCORD, NH — The driver of an SUV that crashed into a tree in the West End was taken to the hospital on Monday afternoon.

Just before 3 p.m., police and fire dispatch started receiving reports about a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Fisk Road and Little Pond Road. Fire dispatch said the driver might be trapped in the vehicle.

When the first officer arrived, they found a Nissan Rogue crashed into a tree on the north side of Little Pond Road. The vehicle’s airbags deployed during the crash due to front-end damage. The officer confirmed the driver, a woman, was conscious and breathing and helped her out of the SUV.

One lane of Little Pond Road was shut down.

EMTs evaluated the patient and took her to Concord Hospital. Firefighters cleared around 3:15 p.m.

A tow truck was requested to remove the vehicle.
