Duggan Named Branch And Business Development Manager at The Merrimack
Ella Duggan will oversee branch operations while continuing to serve Contoocook and its small business community.

CONTOOCOOK, NH — Merrimack County Savings Bank announced that Ella Duggan has been promoted to Branch & Business Development Manager at The Merrimack, a role in which she will oversee branch operations while continuing to serve Contoocook and its small business community.
The bank said Duggan joined The Merrimack in 2019 at the Bow Branch as a Teller before being promoted to Universal Banker. In 2024, she moved to the Contoocook branch, where she most recently served as branch services manager.
“Ella’s promotion is well-earned and reflects her consistent growth over the years,” Michelle Olivier, the RVP branch manager at The Merrimack, said. “I’m confident her supportive leadership and deep ties to the community position her for continued success.”

Duggan’s new position combines branch oversight with continued work in Contoocook's business community, where she lives with her family and dogs. She is participating in the Hoffman-Haas Fellowship offered by the NH Center for Nonprofits, a program designed to prepare leaders to serve as effective nonprofit board members. Duggan also volunteers in the community, including involvement in events such as the Rock’N Race, which supports the Payson Center for Cancer Care.
Founded in 1867, the bank said it serves people, businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities in Central and Southern New Hampshire, with offices in Bow, Concord, Contoocook, Henniker, Hooksett, Nashua, and Windham.
