DUI Arrests Made On NH Highways: NHSP Roundup

Plus, reckless operation, drug, and other arrests made last week on I-95, I-93, the Everett Turnpike, and I-89.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested by the New Hampshire State Police recently:

Troop A

James Parker, 29, of Harrison, ME, was arrested on April 11, 2019, on I-95 North in Portsmouth for possession of a controlled drug.

Adam Barry, 48, of Rochester, was arrested on April 10, for possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested at the intersection of Wakefield and Orchard streets in Rochester.

Ian Baillargeon, 28, of Newmarket, was arrested on April 9, for driving under the influence on Route 16 South in Newington.

Deirdre Hickey, 41, of Brighton, MA, was arrested on April 7, for reckless operation on I-95 North in Hampton.

Luis Lopez Perez, 38, of Lowell, MA, was arrested on April 6, on I-95 in Seabrook for speeding-21-plus mph over 65 mph limit and licensed required, operating without a valid license.

Manuel Quizhpi Tacuri, 46, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested on April 5, for licensed required, operating without a valid license, and licensed required, operating without a valid license-subsequent. He was arrested in North Hampton.

Fungai Chikosi, 22, of Manchester, was arrested on April 11, in the LaQuinta Motel parking lot in Manchester off I-293, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration.

Nicholas Ferreira, 28, of Tyngsborough, MA, was arrested on April 11, for reckless operation on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

James Cataldo, 26, of Billerica, MA, was arrested on April 10, for aggravated driving while intoxicated-0.16-plus, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-adult greater than .08, driving while intoxicated-second offense, adult greater than .08, and speeding (16-20 mph over the 55 mph limit).

Andres Monsalve, 20, of Nashua, was charged on April 10, with unlawful possession on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

Laura Creel, 37, of Boscawen, was arrested on April 6, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on the I-293 North offramp in Manchester.

Cameron Lentz, 19, of Nashua, was arrested on April 8, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua.

Ali Alhamran, 23, of Manchester, was arrested on April 7, for driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, and operating without a valid license on I-93 North in Manchester.

Troop D

Ian Boynton, 32, of Concord, was arrested on April 11, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and a bench warrant. He was also cited for a motor vehicle equipment violation on I-93 North in Hooksett. Also arrested was Kehley Smith, 29, of Concord, on a warrant.

James Trowbridge, 37, of Lebanon, was arrested on April 11, for driving after revocation or suspension at the Hooksett tollbooth on I-93 North. Also charged was Kostantina Ortiz, 34, of Thetford, VT, on a bench warrant.

Soomin Lee, 20, of Cambridge, MA, was arrested on April 10, for reckless operation on I-89 North in New London.

Michael Caswell, 39, of Manchester, was arrested on April 10, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on Clinton Street under the I-89 overpass in Concord.

Hassan Bukenya, 25, of Lowell, MA, was arrested on April 9, for driving while intoxicated and open container on I-89 South in Hopkinton.

Jade Temple, 20, of Hillsborough, was arrested on April 8, at the intersection of Davidson Road and Liberty Road in Henniker for possession of a controlled drug.

Nicole Sousa, 29, of Franklin, was arrested on April 8, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and driving without giving proof on I-93 North in Sanbornton. Also charged was Adam Fields, 35, of Hebron, on a bench warrant.

Nicholas Butler, 22, of Merrimack, was arrested on April 7, for reckless operation. He was arrested on I-93 North in Canterbury.

Ariel Bourgeois, 28, of Lebanon, was arrested on April 6, on a warrant. She was arrested on I-89 North in Grantham.

Charles Boyce, 36, of Concord, was arrested on April 5, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-89 North in New London.

Michelle Porter, 24, of Concord, was arrested on April 8, for driving while intoxicated, speeding-16 to 20 mph over the 55 mph limit, and yellow/solid line violation on Route 9 in Keene.
