MANCHESTER, NH — A teen from Dunbarton is facing a criminal threatening charge after being accused of pointing a gun at another person last year in Manchester.

On Dec. 11, 2022, police were sent to the BJ’s Wholesale Club on John E. Devine Drive for a report of a criminal threat incident. A store employee told police a car was “drifting in the parking lot,” creating a hazard for shoppers in the parking lot, attempting to get to their vehicles, Heather Hamel, the public information officer for the Manchester Police Department, said.

“The driver was asked to leave and did so but returned shortly after,” she said. “The occupants began yelling obscenities at employees and throwing things outside their vehicle.”

The employee asked them to leave again, but Hamel said, the driver pointed a gun at the employee. The car then left the lot. Police found it later, unoccupied, in a nearby parking lot.

After an investigation, Bussiere was identified as the vehicle’s owner, and police established probable cause to issue a warrant for his arrest, Hamel said.
