CONCORD, NH — Four hospitals next week will receive a helping hand from Dunkin’ customers' normal morning routine.

Participating franchisees in southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts have made a commitment to donate $1 from every iced coffee ordered on May 25 to hospitals that assist children through the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. In the past, Boston Children’s Hospital, UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital, and Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Lebanon have all received funds. Any hospital, however, with a children's program, can apply for the grants.

Victor Carvalho, a franchisee and co-chairman of the board of directors of the foundation, said they were “thrilled” to give back and “bring joy” to millions of children around the United States who were fighting illnesses.

“We want our guests to know that their purchase of an iced coffee on May 25 truly makes a difference and will help bring joy to kids in their communities,” he said. “We look forward to helping our guests cool down for a great cause with the hardest working iced coffee in America.”

The donation will be made on any iced coffee order, regardless of the flavor or variety, but excludes cold brew and nitro cold brew orders.
