Munoz Benitez was first asked to leave but allegedly refused.

“(The officer) attempted to remove the boisterous Munoz Benitez, but he refused to comply and was ultimately arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest,” according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. “(The officer) was dealing with the arrested subject when another patron (McClain) interfered.”

McClain also allegedly refused to leave and pushed the officer and he was arrested.

Guguai allegedly ran interference by getting in the officer’s way when he was attempting to arrest Munoz Benitez. After other officers arrived, he was arrested but allegedly “became confrontational with the officers,” according to O’Keefe.

“The incident involved many other patrons who were acting disorderly by refusing to leave the restaurant,” he noted. “Multiple patrol officers arrived on scene to assist with the unruly crowd. Ultimately, three others (Rojas, Brea, and Harris) were arrested for refusing to vacate the business.”

All involved are due in court on March 29.
