Watch: Elderly Woman Struck By Vehicle; Armed Robbery On Heights

Update: Police are investigating a pedestrian struck on Loudon Road off Stickney Avenue as well as an armed robbery at Regency Hill Estates.

CONCORD, NH — It's been a busy night for Concord police. An elderly woman was struck by a vehicle in the area of Loudon Road, Stickney Avenue, and Bridge Street in Concord at around 6:15 p.m.. A Concord officer, in the field, came across the woman on the ground on Loudon Road, apparently hit by a vehicle, and called for assistance.

The officer stated that the woman had a head laceration and was not responding to him.

Dispatch alerted Concord fire and rescue teams and an ambulance was sent to the scene. When the first ambulance arrived, a few minutes later, they reported to fire dispatch that the victim was a woman in her 70s.

"Notify Concord Hospital trauma alert," the EMT stated.

A few minutes later, the ambulance took the woman to the hospital.

At the crash scene, two vehicles were blocking two of the three lanes on Loudon Road. a silver Nissan Versa with a Pizza Hut delivery sign on the top of the vehicle and a green Kia Soul. Investigators were taking measurements and photos of the crash scene.


No other details were available at post time.

A few minutes after the woman was taken to the hospital, police dispatch diverted officers to East Side Drive for a report of an armed robbery, with a gun, at the entrance of Regency Hill Estates.

The victim described being robbed by a white male, with facial hair, wearing a black shirt and jeans, wearing a hat and black sneakers, possibly Sketchers.

The man fled the scene in a black Lincoln Zephyr with a female, with red hair, driving the vehicle. A child was also inside the vehicle, according to the report. The seven number plate is a NH registration beginning with 411 and is based out of Allenstown.

Police reported to the scene and spoke with witnesses.
