A native of Portugal, Gaspar speaks fluent Portuguese and will likely work with international clients
Moultonborough, NH - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) welcomes Fern Gaspar to its Moultonborough office. Gaspar serves the Squam Lakes Region.
“I fell in love with the Lakes Region and with the community when I moved here several years back,” said Gaspar. “I very much enjoy working with residents who are looking to sell their homes to pursue new ventures and with buyers who fell in love with the lakes as I did when I first visited, and now wish to live here year round.”
Gaspar graduated from Roger Williams College in Bristol, RI. Her past experience includes working in a credit department for a regional food distributor, as a manager for a regional department store chain and as a general manager for a local condominium resort and food service operation. Prior to joining Verani, Gaspar was a condominium manager and a realtor at a local real estate office. She is a native of Portugal, speaks fluent Portuguese, and will likely work with international clients looking for properties in the region.
