Filing For Mayor, Concord City Council, Other Positions Begins Sept. 8
Interested parties have until Sept. 18, to file to run in the next municipal election in Concord scheduled for Nov. 7.

CONCORD, NH — Candidates interested in running for mayor of Concord, at-large and ward city council seats, as well as moderator, clerk, and supervisor of the checklist positions can file to run starting on Friday, Sept. 8, 2017, according to City Clerk Janice Bonenfant. The filing period runs through the end of business on Monday, Sept. 18. The filing fee to run for mayor or city council is $5.

Candidates wishing to file by petition may do so through Sept. 22.

The City Clerk’s Office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with extended hours until 6 p.m. on Thursdays.
