Mayor Jim Bouley and Digger the Tiger will take the first ceremonial drive down the newly paved North Main Street.

A ceremonial “first drive” will be held on Friday afternoon in Downtown Concord as part of the Main Street project’s completed paving for the winter.
In honor of the achievement, Mayor Jim Bouley and Digger the Tiger will be hosting the first ceremonial drive at 3 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2015. Attendees can meet in front of the City Plaza at the Statehouse to cheer on the Mayor and Digger and to be included in a picture with the merchants of Main Street.
