Patrons whose fines and billing fees total less than $50 can have them waived during this specified time period. For every $5 owed, please bring in one item for donation. Your donation will go to the City of Concord’s Human Services Department. Items may not have an expired consume-by date, cannot be in a glass container, must be completely sealed and in the original container and must not need refrigeration.
