Forecasters: The Weather Will Be Nice In New Hampshire This Weekend

This weekend, expect pleasant autumn weather on Saturday and Sunday in the Granite State … but rain will return next week.

CONCORD, NH — Enjoy the weather this weekend because early next week, the remnants of Hurricane Helene are expected to arrive in New Hampshire.

After areas of fog on Friday morning, the sun returns with highs in the lower 70s in Concord and the capital region, as well as Nashua and the southern part of the state. Temps on the Seacoast will be slightly cooler in the upper 60s. There will also be a light northwest wind of around 5 mph. During the evening, temps will drop down to the lower 50s.

More sun is expected on Saturday with temps in the low 70s and a light wind. Again, with cooler temps in Hampton, North Hampton, and Portsmouth. Temperatures will drop back down in the lower 50s during the overnight hours.

Expect similar weather on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday afternoon. However, during the evening on Tuesday, rain returns.
