Forgery Suspect With Crack Cocaine Failed To Appear In Court: Marshals

U.S. Marshals are looking Kylie Anne Dugan who allegedly failed to appear in court on numerous charges out of Strafford County in June.

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is a woman who reportedly failed to show up to face charges in court last month, according to a press statement. Kylie Anne Dugan, 28, is wanted for failure to appear on a crack cocaine possession charge as well as operating a vehicle while deemed a habitual offender. A second warrant was issued against her for two counts of forgery of checks, according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White.

“Dugan has extensive history of arrests for offenses ranging from drugs to forgery/fraud offenses,” he noted. “Dugan has ties throughout the Rochester and Dover, NH areas, where she is still believed to be.”

Dugan is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs around 220 lbs. She has brown hair and eyes. Marshals noted she has tattoos on her back, left leg and ankle, right leg and calf, as well as the name “Jeremy” on her chest and “Dugan” on her upper arm.

The warrants were issued out of Strafford County.

In April 2016, according to Fosters.com, Dugan was arrested in Farmington on tampering with witnesses and informants (obstructing), false swearing/statement, and allowing improper person to operate charges. Nearly a year later, on April 2, 2017, she was arrested in Rochester on a possession charge. On June 1, she was arrested again in Rochester on habitual offender, misuse or failure to display plate, unregistered vehicle, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, contempt, and arrested on a warrant for forgery out of Dover Police Department.
