Former Broadcaster to Direct Communications for BIA
Kevin Flynn, also a crime author, was recently hired by the Granite State's statewide chamber of commerce.

CONCORD, NH - The Business and Industry Association, New Hampshire’s statewide chamber of commerce, has hired Kevin Flynn as its new director of communications and public policy, according to a press statement.
In addition to handling media and public relations, Flynn will also lead advocacy efforts on healthcare, technology, and privacy issues.
Prior to joining BIA, Flynn was the communications director for the Community Development Finance Authority in Concord. He also was a public relations account manager at GYK in Manchester. Flynn spent two decades as a broadcast journalist in New Hampshire, first serving as news director at WZID-FM, then as an Emmy award-winning reporter for WMUR-TV.

Flynn remains an active freelance writer. He is the author or co-author of six nonfiction books, four published by Penguin Random House. He has penned numerous magazine feature articles. Flynn’s pop culture podcast “Crime Writers On…” has been downloaded 4 million times worldwide in the past 12 months.
A resident of Hopkinton, Flynn is a graduate of Notre Dame College. He is currently the chairman for the NH Center for the Book at the New Hampshire State Library and on the Board of Trustees of the NH Writers’ Project.
