Former Franklin Police Chief Mourned At Concord Candlelight Vigil
Hundreds of people attend a vigil honoring NH DOS security officer Bradley Haas, who was killed on Friday at the New Hampshire Hospital.

CONCORD, NH — Hundreds and hundreds of people participated in a candlelight vigil on Monday to honor Bradley Haas, a retired Franklin police chief, and a security officer at the New Hampshire Hospital, who was shot and killed on Friday.
Haas was remembered as one of the first people workers would see when they arrived in the morning and was the security officer at the front door, according to attendees. John Madore, a previous patient at the hospital, killed Haas on Nov. 17.
