Fowler Accused of Stealing from Elderly Goffstown Couple

Theft occurred at the Statehouse Annex.

A Concord man with a string of recent arrests is in trouble with the law again, according to an arrest report from the Concord Police Department.

Adam C. Fowler, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. on Feb. 6, on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony.

The charge stems from Oct. 15, 2012. Police allege that Fowler stole a gold watch, an LG cellphone, a iPad in a case, and jewelry, all valued at $2,050, from an elderly Goffstown couple.

The theft allegedly occurred at or near the Statehouse Annex.

According to the report, officers were called to the Steeplegate Mall on Feb. 6, for a report of Fowler being in the building with a known active warrant out against him. The officers caught up with him and he was arrested at the scene.

Fowler was held on $10,000 cash bail and arraigned on Feb. 7.

During the past year or so, Fowler has been arrested a couple of times for criminal mischief and resisting arrest or detention, a warrant, and being a fugitive from justice charge, a felony.
