A local woman is back in trouble with the law after incidents at the Walmart on Loudon Road.
Breanna Fields, 19, of Franklin, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 10, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking and transfer and attempt to commit, both felonies. She was also arrested on March 4, and charged with criminal trespassing.
The charges from February stem from alleged incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road on Jan. 20. Police allege that Fields stole about $122 worth of DVDs, blue rays, and a duffel bag. Investigators suspect she may have been involved in the theft of sweatshirts, toilet paper, and cat food, valued at about $58.

An officer went to the Merrimack House of Corrections to meet with Franklin Police who had Fields in custody.
On March 4, according to a police report, officers were called to Walmart for a report that Fields was in the store in violation of a no trespass order. The reporting officer found Fields and spoke with her about the no trespass order.

“Breanna told me she knew she was not supposed to be in the store and it was a stupid thing to do,” the officer alleged.
She was arrested later and transported to the police station. The officer noted that “she was cooperative” during processing.
She is due in court on March 31.
During the summer of 2013, Fields was arrested numerous times on charges ranging from possession of drugs to disorderly conduct. In spring of 2013, she was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.
