Fugitive Jose Miranda Found in NY
U.S. Marshals report that the convicted drug dealer was caught in Queens after a theft incident.

Jose Miranda, a U.S. Marshals Fugitive of the Week from late July, was caught last night in New York City, according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White.
According to a report, police in Queens, NY, met up with a man by the name of Victor Ocasio who was allegedly in possession of a firearm after an attempted theft. Ocasio was arrested and fingerprinted and the fingerprints revealed that he was actually Miranda.
Miranda was charged in New York with possession of a firearm, theft, resisting arrest, and using a false name.
